"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Isaiah 41:10

MONTHLY DINNERS

Once per month we host a dinner and games night at a local church close to McMaster University where students are welcome to meet and get to know other students and Canadian volunteers. Each dinner we play games, occasionally hear from guest speakers, and enjoy a delicious home-made meal.

WEEKLY SPORTS NIGHT

Sports in the Park is every Tuesday evening for the spring and summer months May to August.

Please Note:

During the Fall and Winter students are invited every Monday evening 8pm-10pm to join us at a local gym to play sports. Bring a Toonie and join the fun!

COMMUNITY OUTINGS

These events vary but provide an opportunity for students to explore parts of the city on short day trips with other students and volunteers while experiencing common Canadian past-times.

FRIENDSHIP FAMILIES

A couple of times each year students can sign up to join a Canadian family for a meal in their home during a traditional holiday. Students will experience what it is like to celebrate the holidays in Canada and get to know locals and other students.
